A New Christmas Tradition!

We just celebrated our Canadian Thanksgiving, and snow is in the forecast… You know what that means – Christmas is right around the corner! It’s time to pull out some old favorite Christmas stories, and hopefully add a few new ones to our collections. In fact, I just finished reading the most delightful little Christmas novel, perfect for ringing in the holiday season and certain to touch the hearts of readers of all ages.

“Catching Christmas” was written by New York Times Bestselling Author Terri Blackstock, and published by Thomas Nelson just in time for the holiday season of 2018. If you are looking for a new, feel-good Christmas story this year, you will NOT want to miss this one! Why, you ask? “Catching Christmas” contains all the elements of a wonderful holiday story – gentle humor, heartwarming themes, tearjerking moments, sweet romance, and reminders of the true Reason for the Season. I loved every page, and was sorry to reach the end. (Warning: you should probably have a box of tissues handy as you read this story!)

In addition to memorable content (including a thought-provoking author’s note in the back about the study and science of happiness) this book is also packaged in a delightfully small-sized hardcover with a beautiful picture on the front – it is adorable enough to make a sweet gift, or to become a lovely piece of holiday decor on the mantle or shelf. All in all, “Catching Christmas” is certain to capture your heart, and will become a story you’ll want to re-read and share with family and friends this Christmas season.

I received this book free from the publisher through the BookLook Bloggers program. I was not required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own.
