It Drove Me Crazy! (In The Best Sense :)

Wow, did this book ever drive me crazy – in all the best ways possible!  In Love’s Time” by Kate Breslin is the type of story that snatches your imagination from the first page, and holds it captive right until the very end.  The twists and turns, the agonizing misunderstandings, and the beautifully drawn-out love story set in war-torn Europe were all written in such a way that I felt as though I were right in the midst of it all – and biting my nails as I witnessed it unfold!

Because it is revealed through the eyes of several characters, “In Love’s Time” made me wish I could step into the story and provide just a few key words of insight to sort everything out.  But of course this feeling just adds to the delicious tension that comes in a masterfully written novel…  From the intriguing, top-secret mission that sets all the events of the story into motion, down to the hilarious scene of a family food fight that draws a divided family together again, this tale truly has so much to offer.  It is Christian Historical Fiction at its very finest, bringing events of the past to life in such a way that the characters seem to walk right off the pages and into our world.

I adored this book, and highly recommend it.  Overflowing with romance, mystery, and suspenseful tension that can only be construed by a master’s pen, this story is one you will relive long after finishing the last page, and likely enjoy rereading again and again (after sharing it with everyone you know who shows the slightest bit of interest!).  Don’t miss the amazing Kate Breslin’s newest offering to the world – you will not be disappointed, I assure you.
