I did not expect to be convicted by a book about the practice of Hygge, but surprisingly enough, I was!  (In the best, and most God-inspired way, of course.)  “Holy Hygge: Creating A Place For People To Gather And The Gospel To Grow” was written by new-to-me author Jamie Erickson, and published by Moody in the last months of 2022.  This insightful, practical, and challenging book was an eye-opener for me in SO many ways, and I am very glad to have read it.  Here are just a few reasons why I recommend “Holy Hygge” to you as well: Continue reading →
