One of the Most Memorable Novels of 2019

I just finished one of the most beautiful, memorable, and breathtaking books I’ve read yet this year (and I’ve read some pretty great books so far in 2019!). Rachel Hauck’s “The Memory House” was published by Thomas Nelson this past spring, and I simply didn’t want this enthralling saga to end. The vivid characters, the sweeping plot, the heart-wrenching themes, the two different time periods combining into one beautifully tangled tale of love and loss and forgiveness. . . A Story Shared with Humility and Honesty – Guest Review by Hayley

One of Revell Publishing’s newest releases to the non-fiction market is “Hurt Road” by none other than Mark Lee, guitarist for the Christian band Third Day.  In a gentle, friendly style, Mark Lee invites us to join him in the stories he has lived, offering us a glimpse into “the music, the memories, and the miles between”.  While “Hurt Road” is a book that can easily be enjoyed by anyone, I would especially recommend it to those with a love of music, as much of the book is written from the perspective of a musician.
