Jocelyn Green’s new releases are always at the very top of my reading list, simply because they are incredible stories filled with little-known historical insights, all told with a rich and masterful writer’s voice. “The Metropolitan Affair” is probably the best story I’ve read so far this year, and I highly recommend it to all fans of historical fiction.
