A Practically Perfect Addition to the Genre

I was so excited to find out that one of my favorite author-duos is back with a brand new series for all of their loyal fans!  The Heart’s Choice” is the first story in Tracie Peterson and Kimberly Woodhouse’s new “Jewels of Kalispell” series, and what a fabulous start it was.  The story is compelling, the history is clearly well-researched and filled with fascinating tidbits, and as always the characters leap off the pages.  This story also features a murder mystery, and of course a sweet and lovely (and clean!) romance.   Continue reading

Return to the Charming Town of Heritage!

I was so excited to see a new addition in the “Restoring Heritage” series from Revell Publishers, written by the talented Tari Faris! Although I’d never before read a book by Ms. Wade, I just HAD to give this one a try, especially after reading the unique synopsis. . . To explain it simply: genealogist Nora Bradford and former Navy SEAL John Lawson work together to discover the secrets of a hidden ancestry, and soon begin to realize they make a perfect pair—until a wound from the past resurfaces and threatens to submerge any hope at a future together. As the first installation of the “Bradford Sisters Romance” series, this book did a fantastic job at not only creating John and Nora’s story, but also setting the stage for the other two Bradford sisters and their romances, too!
