Helping Us Become Students of God’s Word
“Deeper Waters: Immersed in the Life-Changing Truth of God’s Word” is the type of book that you will want to keep close by, on your nightstand or in your desk, because you will inevitably want to read and reference it time after time. Written by Denise J. Hughes (author of the “Word Writers” series) and published by Harvest House in 2017, this book offered so much more than I expected. Unquestionably one of the best non-fiction books I’ve read this year, “Deeper Waters” is a resource I cannot recommend highly enough. Continue reading

For many people, Christmas can be a rather controversial topic. It’s supposed to be the “most wonderful time of the year”, filled with reflection on the baby in a manger and quality time with family.
